aimee - chapter one
Aimee Clugston was born back east, her German father was an engineer and her Italian mother was the family ambassador. She has an incredibly intelligent and brilliant sister that is a world renowned Doctor in San Diego where she specializes in the brain.
Aimee has traveled and lived all over the world including Hong Kong, Thailand and the Malaysian islands islands. She believes that all the traveling and being exposed to different cultures, foods and architecture has expanded her way of thinking and embracing cultures and traditions.
She also speaks several languages. English is her first language, her second language is Animal, she speaks Spanglish and can count to 10 in Cantonese.
She is married and has 2 gorgeous babies, Olive, a 2 year old shiny black Bombay and Melvin, a 1 year old very handsome Siamese. Both are rescues.
Aimee is a true animal lover and has been known to be seen kissing camels, llamas, sheep, goats and a pot belly pig named Sweetie!
Aimee has been riding horses in the hunter/jumper arena her whole life. She has been showing and attending horse shows all up and down the West Coast. “Horses have been instrumental in the balance of my life”.
She attended UCLA - FIDER accredited Foundation of Interior Design and Environmental Research. It was a four year program that Aimee completed in three. Overachiever? Of course. Because that is how she rolls!
Six months prior to graduating she was referred to one of the top interior design firms that specializes in hotel design. Starting from the bottom, she worked her way up to assistant designer within a year. That is how her passion for hotel design started.
In 2001, when the world was put on pause, Aimee founded her own interior design company and her projects ranged from hotels + resorts, restaurants and luxury residences which were located all over the world including Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
As designer for the Wolfgang Puck Food Company, Aimee designed one of Southern California's most iconic brands. Working with Wolfgang and designing 18 restaurants as well as developing 2 new restaurant concepts was an amazing, fun and inspiring time! She also designed the first international Starbucks located in Narita, Japan.
Aimee’s lifelong philosophy has been to help facilitate healing and smiling while treading lightly on Mother Earth and honoring all creatures. Her style is honest and unapologetically straight forward. Relationships, listening, understanding and healing are of the most important part of living.

Founder, Aimee Clugston, has been intuitive and an undercover light worker agent from a very young age. She has incorporated practices such as Reiki, Channeling and Animal Communication for the last 20 years. After losing her beloved horse, Eternal, and dog, Willow, she was guided to find peace within her soul. This lead to the birth of AWE Visions. With each session, Aimee provides support, energy healing and spiritual guidance to her clients, to connect you more deeply with your head and heart.
